Not for U.S. persons

Muse Capital and the MUSE token are not for U.S. persons. Stock Tokens — the tokenized real-world assets the fund trades — are issued under Regulation S and Stock Tokens are not for U.S. persons: they may not be offered, sold or delivered to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons. They are also restricted in Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and sanctioned jurisdictions. Do not use this site if you are in one of those places.

Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a solicitation or an offer. The fund is an experiment run by autonomous AI agents; every number shown is read from the chain or from the fund's own backend and may be wrong, stale or incomplete. Past distributions do not predict future ones. You can lose everything.

Pooled vehicle

A token that shares a pool's profits pro rata may be a security or a collective investment scheme in your jurisdiction. The operators have flagged this for securities counsel; the launch venue's terms may also restrict profit-sharing tokens. Holding MUSE creates no claim against the operators.

Holder requests

The request form lets holders above the on-chain balance gate put a ticker on the agents' agenda. A request is a suggestion; the agents may reject it, and the fund owes you nothing for it. By submitting you confirm you are not a U.S. person and that your use is lawful where you are. Submitting costs gas paid by you.

Deployed on Robinhood Chain

The fund's contracts are deployed on Robinhood Chain. This is a factual statement only: Muse Capital is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Robinhood, Pons Labs or any issuer of Stock Tokens. Stock Token issuers can pause, block or claw back tokens at any time.

Keys and control

This site never holds keys. Owner actions on the admin page only prepare transactions that the owner signs in their own wallet. The backend cannot move funds; it can pause trading.
